I'm drawing the conclusion that the real reason your family sent your brother to college, instead of you, is that they recognized that you were totally delusional, while you were still in your teen years.

Dude, I don't care that you smoke weed. But for you to claim that you don't do drugs and then say you smoke weed is laughable.

Its as funny as the folks who claim they don't do drugs but they drink alcohol. In fact, a case could be made that their claim can be more accurate. I'll have a beer for the taste and not get a buzz. But you smoke weed for the expressed purpose of getting high. Reality can be tough, but the reality is that you do drugs just like drinkers, crackheads and junkies. The side effects and final result may be different, but not the act.

The side effects being much funnier, less dangerous, and addictive. So, basically, no harm. Anti-drug people should be shot.

Apparently, the pure drug itself isn't that much different than a standard opiate. However, the method they use for mass production on the street is messy and leaves in a bunch of impurities that do the real damage.

As far as I can see, it is up to 10 times more potent than morphine.

That just means you have to adjust the dosage. From what I've read of users of opiates, though, most think that heroin feels the best. Synthetic opiates can require lower dosages for a roughly equal effect (there are opiates that are thousands of times more potent), but that doesn't mean that users would prefer it if they had access to the real stuff. The point of Krokodil is that it's cheap, not that it's good.

I honestly think that a lot of the users might be being mislead when they buy it, similar to how, for instance, meth is often sold as "speed". Dealers do not want to refer to their substance by the pejorative name given to it in the media. Users may simply be told that it will satisfy their heroin cravings, find that it works, and only after extensive usage discover the incredible damage that has been done. It may even be cut and sold as heroin.

No, because NA-beer isn't. You don't create an actual beer without alcohol so what you have left over effectively sucks. It'd be like baking a pie with half the ingredients and 1/4 of the oven time.
