The whole thing was an orchestrated witchhunt by the GOP and Gingrich to get Clinton, they had tried everything else including Whitewater and Vince Foster. The biggest joke is that Kenneth Starr, a fervent Republican, was a supposed Independent Counsel. I just can't understand how anybody so partisan could be appointed to investigate theses matters, isn't there supposed to be independence between the executive and the judicial functions?
