I'd agree to some extent......the people of the US are starting to learn to live with the disaster....as we do with all disasters......we've always be resilient......
We will make do with what we have as always......but don't get to comfortable, the 14 trillion dollar and growing debt will come back to haunt us and lower our standard of living
even further......

The Obama administration told us we needed to stimulus to keep unemployment under 8%. That is back when he was a new President. Obama failed, and like every CEO of a corporation, when they fail, they get fired.
For starters, I'm not voting for Obama. Second, I believe the figure was 8.5%. It's really not off by that much, especially considering that many or your ilk warned that the stimulus would ruin us & send unemployment figures into the double digits for years....
