People who are so poor we dont ask them to pay taxes do have skin in the game.

They are trying to survive in an ever increasing world of expenses.

How is it the American people have become so unattached to the plight of the poor and have this idiots fantasy that they are not working their asses off to survive?


I can just peek inside the brains of these fools who really and truely imagine "poor people" sitting arround in thier "homes" playing video games and eating burgers after they smoke up for the day.

This is how the right imagines poor people live.

Maybe you should bother to go meet some poor people if you think they "have no skin in the game".

They are hustling to scrape together the days meal and rent.

They are collecting cans and bottles.

They are scouring the streets for metals they can recycle.

They rent out the rooms in their houses.


I live in a lower middle class neighborhood ( and I love it thank you very much) with a 60 percent latino population.

These people hustle and I never see them stealing either.

They are Americans and you should be fucking proud of how they deal.

You will pretend they are half illegals and all stealing and dealing drugs and sitting arround collecting wealfare they dont need so you cazn have someone to hate.

Irony abounds... "You people" are "falling for" then suddenly separates out a group they want other people to feel "anger" towards trying to divide.

Divide and conquer, yes. "You people" are definitely falling for divide and conquer.
 
Republicans don't actually favor a full-year extension.


For example, Texas Rep. Pete Sessions, who chairs the House GOP's campaign committee, told the Los Angeles Times in September that it is a "horrible idea," adding that Republican House candidates would have no problem making the case for letting the tax cut expire altogether.


It turns out they really do have a problem making that case, so last week they pivoted by passing their year-long extension, which had poison pill riders attached to it (drug testing for unemployment recipients, for example, because in this economy if you're jobless it must be because you're high).
