not necessarily....if a breast is shown for prurient interest, that is surely different than breast feeding....

Well, let's say two women are at a food court in a mall. One decides to breast feed her child. The other gal has just arrived and due to wearing a heavy winter coat she is extremely warm so she removes her coat, blouse and bra and proceeds to eat her Chinese General Tao chicken which, as you're probably aware, is spicy and will increase her bodily warmth. Surely she's not showing her breasts for prurient reasons.
