What is it that Obama did that he said he wouldn't do? It's a closer call on the signing statements, but I don't remember his saying he wouldn't make recess appointments.

I didn't say anything about recess appointments. Apple stated it was ok for Obama to use signing statements even though he said he wouldn't/said they were bad because he was using them to help the people whereas Bush wasn't using them to help the people. Sounds like an explanation a partisan would use to me.
