The point of the thread was that Santorum has his personal beliefs but IS NOT trying to ban contraceptives- and he thinks that these kinds of decisions should be up to states to decide for themselves. This means that those who hope to smear him are willing to be disingenuous at best and down right dishonest at worst.

As for euthanasia, I believe people have the right to kill themselves and to access to medical professionals to assist them, subject, of course, to appropriate regulation.
