The movement of jobs overseas has been going on for over a decade and is ongoing, I'm sure that you are clever enough to know that. What I'm not sure of is why you insist on playing devil's advocate on this issue?

It has been going on for over three decades. My point to you is that you are making up excuses as to why Obama's recovery has been so weak. Your excuses are not valid.
