Feel Good Video Of The Day: Occupy D.C. Protester Tased By Police…

ah, the old brainwash canard about cops being 'highly' trained and 'the only ones' that should be allowed guns and lethal force shit. did you know that cops end up hitting innocent bystanders 11% of the time, whereas regular citizens only hit innocent bystanders 2% of the time?

since you don't care about my rights, let's place you in the situation.

it isn't really a question of 'training'.....its a matter of thinking that someone who's so obviously emotionally disturbed should not be permitted to carry a weapon......

no, you are a sheeple of the government and the reason that is true is because you are unable to see the failure of the system inherent in the people that run it, excusing corruption and power for 'cracks in the system'.
Yup all the gubberment. Bored with trying to convince you of anything because your minds obviously bbroken down after years of living in a shelter with tin foil hats.

here's your sign.

don't dodge the question. ;)

if you consider the ability to readily kill someone an emotional disturbance, then you must consider that all police and military are emotionally disturbed. right?

answer the question, honestly for once.

I believe I have....I honestly believe you to be emotionally disturbed......I believe the arguments you raise and your attempt to elevate your authority to that of persons duly authorized by law to take harmful action is evidence of that.....how much more honest to you want me to get?......

and I believe you to be intellectually dishonest in your pitiful attempt to manufacture some sort of theory that i'm a nutcase. I believe you to be a sheep, every bit as much as disillusioned. you've either forgotten, never known, or intentionally skew the constitution and the vision of the founders to fit your own extremist view of authoritarianism.

so no, you have not answered the question, at least honestly. You claim to believe that only those approved by the government are trained and qualified to use lethal force and that the rest of us have a duty to submit. see my previous post on the issue....http://www.justplainpolitics.com/sh...st-being-raped-by-a-cop&highlight=duty+submit

this is in complete opposition to the vision of the founders and the constitution. It apparently shows your total disconnect from realtiy, as you don't seem to be able to acknowledge that there are people who are former cops and former military that now live in the civilian world. do you think they were 'deprogrammed' to remove some sort of violence chip? where they no longer have a ready capability to kill?

I'm tempted to group you in with Apple, where your reality is better than anyone elses, as much fantasy as it tends to be.

this is in complete opposition to the vision of the founders and the constitution.

do you think the founders envisioned people wanting to kill police officers?.....like the guy in the OP, I have visions of you standing over a cop's body shouting "I have done nothing wrong, I have done nothing wrong, I have done nothing wrong"..........

the founders didn't envision police officers being able to unlawfully arrest anyone, in fact, U.S. v. John Bad Elk specifially states that we have the right to resist an unlawful arrest with reasonable force, even lethal force. An unlawful arrest is one of the most violative assaults on our liberty.

“Citizens may resist unlawful arrest to the point of taking an arresting officer's life if necessary.” Plummer v. State, 136 Ind. 306. This premise was upheld by the Supreme Court of the United States in the case: John Bad Elk v. U.S., 177 U.S. 529. The Court stated: “Where the officer is killed in the course of the disorder which naturally accompanies an attempted arrest that is resisted, the law looks with very different eyes upon the transaction, when the officer had the right to make the arrest, from what it does if the officer had no right. What may be murder in the first case might be nothing more than manslaughter in the other, or the facts might show that no offense had been committed.”

now what is so difficult for you in being able to understand the law? as a conservative, are you only in support of 'the law' where it concerns the police having control over us?

now what is so difficult for you in being able to understand the law? ?

the part where you think police officers should be killed for tazzing some asshole running around shouting "I have done nothing wrong, I have done nothing wrong, I have done nothing wrong"..........classic move of someone who's obviously done something wrong......

if he had done nothing wrong he should have simply stood still and said "I have done nothing wrong"......

So what are you now, the judge and jury?
