Interesting match.com survey on republican vs democratic online daters.

Few surprises here. Republican men are boring and want to talk about their money. You should wear a high-necked blouse and greet them with "hello, how is your money this week?" if you are looking to score with one of them. Why you would be looking to score with one of them is beyond me, unless you are unable to support yourself, and hey, a girl's gotta eat, so go for it.

Liberal democratic men are turned on if their date is opinionated. Need I say more? That's a good trait in a man.

And apparently, android users are the most likely to put out on the first date across the board and regardless of gender.
 
I think there are great republican men and women, great democrat men and woman. The most interesting people are probably to busy for politics. And as we see here there are assholes in both parties.
 
When I was single I found that the more religous or conservative a woman was, the easier it was to get her in bed. I married a liberal woman who does not believe in organized religion.
 
I have to agree with Jarod. I won't pretend to be the king of sexual conquests, but even I've been out with a few religious, conservative women who put out very quickly. One of them gave me head on the first date; another put out after the third date. The thing is, all of them were extremely vocal about having strong faith and values. I've found that the most vocal are unlikely to practice what they preach...but hey, sometimes hypocrisy isn't such a bad thing. ;)

By comparison, the liberal women I've been out with (religious or not) tend to practice better values. They just don't go around preaching about it.

A BJ isn't sex though right? Joking aside I judge it more if a girl will put out or not. Some girls will fool around no problem but they won't let you hit it. So I don't really consider a girl morally challenged if she is just fooling around but not putting out.
 
It's really not too hard to get any particular woman into bed, regardless of religious conviction or politcal affliation. The quality of time though, I will say, is significantly different. Liberal women tend to be very boring.

Don't get me wrong, I had no objections...but, on the other hand, a girl who sucks dick on the first date probably isn't the sort I'd settle down with.

Ironically, my best relationship has been with someone determinedly non-political. I thought the match.com thing was cute and funny though, I read it last night, it made me laugh, and I posted it. It definitely went in a direction here that hadn't and wouldn't even cross my mind.

I find this hard to believe. It too closely tracks the pornified male fantasy/stereotype of the horny catholic girl in the knee socks who just needs to be scurried away from her watchers. I highly doubt that political ideology effects how fast someone gets sexual. That is most often determined by circumstances. However, I definitely do believe that your own preconceived notions (liberal girls = easy con girls = no until there's a ring) affected your perception of how fast, or how slow, there was a sexual relationship.

See, the original story about the android users was funny because it was not gendered. It was about android users. I thought it particularly funny because I just bought an iphone and I was like, boy I'm glad I didn't get the slutphone! A joke about men putting out on the first date is funny because it subverts sexual stereotypes and the cultural tradition of slut-shaming.

Getting into a big ole conversation about girls putting out is just...more of the same.

Men are dumbasses, and without these kind assclowns my 20's would have been significantly more boring.
No man knows what to say to a woman, but bartending for thousands of tools like those here can sure point out to you what not to say as they strike out over and over right in front of you.

I don't think religion has a thing to do with it. You're either a freak or your not. My anecdotal evidence is that the freakiest women I have known are the career types.

A friend of mine here in Columbus is a tenured art professior at OSU. She has PhD's in theater and communications. Her husband is gay. She's a life style dominatrix. Now I've never had sex with her but it's kind of hard to imagine that her sex life is vanilla.

Same here. My wife has no interest at all in politics. In fact I have to get on her about voting, civic duty, being informed on issues, yadda, yadda, yadda.

I agree. I thinkthat whether you are sexually promiscuous or not is an individual characteristic thing. It's part of someones nature. Just like some people are right handed and some people are left. I doubt politics or religion have much to do with that.
