CA passes "fun tax" -f'ing liberal moonbats

LOL yeah, Tom, with 4 billion people on the planet and a billion visits to US beaches a year, it's an epidemic!

I wonder how people, especially children have sustained serious injuries from falling down into those holes? Oh by the way, those collapses tend to happen where the sand is dry, so your theory about the sea just covering it all up is patently not true.

I am not sure where you are getting your population figures from but last time I checked the Earth's population was 7 billion instead of 4 billion as you stated.

I had not looked at actual populations Tom. The last I had heard a number for global population it was 4 billion. I see the new number was publicized in October. I guess this makes your chicken little stats even less significant?

• Coastal states receive about 85% of the tourist-related revenues in the U.S. It's estimated that
some 180 million Americans annually make 2 billion visits to ocean, gulf and inland beaches --
more than twice as many visitors that go to all the National Park Service properties during the
same period.

The world population was 4 million in 1975 so that tells anyone how well informed you are.

how many people visit beaches every year? approximately 200 million people visit southern and central california beaches every year. just using cali's beach numbers, are you suggesting that 51 people out of 200 million is not rare? the percent is something like .00002

That's just the ones that were life threatening or fatal, I am damn sure that there were thousands of other injuries as well.

Fuck off tom~

Well, seeing as how Yurt likes to lecture everyone on being "even handed" when it comes to rebuking others, I am just SURE he will be along any minute now to lambaste ID for her latest petty, vulgar reply.

OR...

Will he once again deflect to avoid admitting he's just as big a hack as anyone?

you're a liar and an asshole. :)

Because he knows how to ask a question and respond with civility...even when he disagrees with the answer.

You could learn a thing or two from wacko...he's a good man!

he is a good man. but i am confrontational, unlike him. i don't let jerks like you walk all over people and spread meadowmuffins. you're the whiniest hypocrite on this board and i'm not going to keep that silent just to be nice. you need the truth told you.

this is yet another example of your whiny hypocrisy. you tell me i could learn something from him, yet, you act nothing like him. you do not respond with civility and yet you think you have the high ground to tell others to learn from cawacko.

:palm:

you're the one who cares. i said it happens very rarely, you then tried to dispute that and failed, so now you're all pissy.

lighten up

I suspect that you would have a different attitude if you had children. What makes me laugh is that so much money is spent on preventing attacks by sharks and yet as Rana showed that earlier, more people die from collapsing sand than from sharks.
