Really guys? Gingrich tosses out that moon base idea(which is silly to start with) and you have to one up him? First of all we don't have the money, second of all this seems like an ego stroke to americans. "Look at us, look at what america can do, we can get a moonbase on our own without the world, we can go to mars on our own, oh ya, america."

Interesting? Why the surprise? We've been to the moon. Did you forget Obama continually saying the Repubs come to the table with the same old, tired, worn out ideas? The same old, same old. Typical Repub, be it medical care or space exploration. What else is new?
