Pictures of coffins being brought back were banned because of all the negative images that body bags invoked during the Vietnam War, images are far more powerful than words.

Again, total nonsense. It simply doesn't address reality. There was no "blackout". There were enough images of the families, etc. Their pictures along with the date and where they were when they died.

Acting as if you didn't know people were dying, couldn't find their names, etc. is acting retarded. "Forgetting" their images from the news, pretending that you just "couldn't know"... A blackout blocks all information, this wasn't that any more than, as I stated, blocking streakers from your TV screen means you can't see a football game.
