You could say Santorum is Old Fashioned. But it might be more precise to say he’s Old Testament. Women don’t have rights, they’re baby tunnels for Christ. Birth control is immoral, prenatal testing is depraved and gay marriage is an abomination. And anybody who campaigns in a sweater vest obviously knows a thing or two about abominations. Yea Santorum may appeal to the far right be he's completely untenable as a national candidate. He just goes way to far. He's pretty much alienated the woman vote. I don't even think a majority of Catholic Women would vote for him.

It's pretty basic, alot of people believe in separation of church and state like a religion in itself. Trying to do away with that... well that would take you out faster than practically anything else you could do.
