funny thing about school shootings. when they start, i'm betting that alot of people aren't thinking 'why did he bring a gun to school', but 'i wish i had a gun to defend myself from this idiot'.

I was arrrested when I was 16 for knee capping the Captain of our Football team with a baseball bat. I think it was probably the proudest moment of my fathers life. LOL True story. A few weeks previous to the incident he had slapped me around ( I was like 5'5" and 135 # at the time and got a black eye out of the deal) and stuffed me into a locker in our high school gym. He was pissed at me cause my sister had seen him earlier in the day and said "I hate tall fags like you" (Thanks a lot sis!).

I was stuck in that locker for like around 20 minutes before someone finally let me out. Several weeks later I stepped out onto our fornt porch and I saw this guy a ways up the road leaning over the drivers window of a car on the side of the street we lived on talking to a friend. So I went to the closet, grabbed Mr. Louisville Slugger and snuck out the back door. I then snuck up behind him and took a home run swing at his knees. He went down like a sack of flower and didn't get back up.

It had to be one of the funniest moments ever when the police came to our home, arrested me and took me to the station. When they realized that I had assualted a guy who was a foot taller and almost 100#'s larger it was all they could do to keep from laughing. The other kids parents were pretty pissed off at me until they found out he had beat me up and stuffed me into a locker. To his credit his father promptly dropped the charges and looked like he was going to kick his son's ass right there and then. My Dad had a grin from ear to ear on the way home but didn't say a damned thing cause my mother was appalled at what I had just done.

My son took Karate after my boxing lessons at around 12. After several weeks of bullying by a slightly larger kid he opened up on the kid. A neighbor told me it wasn't pretty. They were best friends from that day on.
A much taller kid on a rival HS baseball team broke his rear view mirror at a local lake hang out as my son was driving away to avoid a fight. The kid came over and my son beat him bloody in my front foyer. The cop asked my son if he wanted to press charges and my kid said no. Like me that was the only HS fight he needed to have.
My only tiny comparison is a bigger kid came in with the hard chest push in a bball game, I hit him one time and he went down. I was scared because 20 of his boys crowded around us. One of my frieds pulled a huge knife out of his socks(he was a bleacher sitter) saved my butt.

No, he should not be. Crushing a kids knee is not an appropriate response for being put in a locker. Using a weapon, as you stated, is a sign of weakness. If there is a large size difference as he mentioned, then learn to defend yourself. His entire description of the event sounds like he knows it was fucking cowardly and is trying to make excuses such as 'the cops could hardly keep from laughing' etc...

Bully supporter? There are many ways to deal with a bully. Taking a bat to the knees of a bully is a one way, but it is a cowardly way... especially sneaking up behind him as Mutt says he did. Saying what Mutt did was cowardly and wrong does not mean what the bully did was right or that I support his actions either.

Also moron, one doesn't have to have a son to know right from wrong. To understand an appropriate response vs. a cowardly attack, one does not need to be a father.

I was really taken back by that tattoo that your wife has, on her ass; because I've seen property patches before, but hers was unique.
Started at her butt cheek and went all the way to her ankle.
There had to be at least 20 or 30 names that were crossed out; but the amusing part, was the final one that said "Continued on other cheek".

The other day she said she wanted to go square dancing, so while you were at your "Bromance with feelings" meeting, we went to one.
I was a little embarassed though, when the caller said "Let's have a hoe-down" and she fell to the floor.

Toppy... HE TOO IS A KID. Kids do dumb fucking things. You should know that. But taking a bat to someone or supporting such actions is WRONG. You could permanently cripple someone with a bat. Again, the punishment is not fitting the crime. It is an inappropriate level of response... and the fact that he attacked from behind makes it even more cowardly.

To suggest he deserved getting hit with a bat (and according to you that is the least he deserved) is fucking retarded.

That said, please tell us how you can say it is ok to use the bat, but someone with a gun is a 'wussy'. Both are using weapons that can cause permanent injuries or even a fatality.

That said toppy, I do agree with you that Mutt's dad also shares responsibility. He should have taught his son not to be a coward. He should have taught him (or had someone else do it) self defense.

I said it was wrong for grind but the kid deserved it. Getting stuck in a locker in from of other kids can mentally scar you. Sorry I don't have pity for the QB's knees.
