despite apology, 7th advertiser backs out of limpburger's show

Rush doesn't care about losing sponsers because;

A. He is right, and nothing else matters.
2. He is rich and nothing else matters
C. Mitt owns the Company, fuck him.

Which reminds me, I need a full list of Lush Windbag sponsers so I know what products to avoid. You would think there would be a website already setup about that.
 
So Rush has offered a lackluster appology that should be accepted for what its worth.

He used inapproperate words and he appologised for that, appology accpeted.

What else he did was distort the young womans argument and point, he told his nation of listeners (who often believe anything he says with a religous furvor) that this woman was seeking to have the government pay for her sexual exploits. The woman did not make that argument and Rush should appologise for that.

What else Rush did was to extend a stigma against those who use "birth control" both for the origional use, to prevent pregnancy and for other reasons. A person who argues to outlaw abortion is also promoting the stigma of using birth control. For helping to cast the ancient shadow of shame upon women for being in control of there own sexuality, Rush shold appologise!

The problem with the appology he issued is that his supporters see it as toung in cheek and it was only issued after he lost financial support!

the count as of today is 16 advertisers and one radio station (hilo HI,) dropped his show - per cnn today
 
16 advertisers and one radio station. I guess that is something. I also noticed that over the weekend quite a few repubs have distanced themselves from El Fatso.
 
I'm telling you, it is the radio stations that matter to Rush... Not which advertiser. There are enough companies that will take ad space on his show that some that leave won't matter to him, it's how many listeners that set the cost of the ads. I'm not arguing it isn't monetary, it is IMO, I'm arguing that the advertisers that left aren't what he is worried about.

i heard on CNN that he lost another station, but they did not say which one

i totally agree with you that the loss of any radio station is like a knife in the heart to limpburger

he is a self-important blowhard that is rude, crude and socially unacceptable
