here is the thing nigel....penalties for this specific law are wildly speculative. it is not like basing a budget on speeding tickets. in this case, there is a penalty or you can buy insurance. if i have to pay regardless, why not have the insurance? do you see the difference?

costs of the bill are speculative, but not wildly so. i hope the above clears things up for you.

I have no objection to you giving someone free contraception if you wish to......if someone takes something from me to provide to someone else it's hardly "free"........

I went on a vacation last weekend.....I got gas at a truck stop and used the restroom.....there was a vending machine in the restroom selling condoms for 75 cents......I don't see the need for taxpayers or insurance companies to pay for something one can get at any truck stop for less than a buck whenever they decided to fuck.......
