The Chinese were ramping up silicon production BEFORE the loan was made.
The Chinese were subsidizing solar production BEFORE the loan was made.
The price of silicon was in decline BEFORE the loan was made.
It was known that a decline in silicon pricing would hurt companies like Solyndra and Abound... BEFORE the loan was made.
Add in the one that Obama is not blaming yet... nat gas prices... those too were falling BEFORE the loan was made.

All of these things that Obama is trying to blame today... were KNOWN BEFORE THE LOAN WAS MADE.

No, I am not saying the program didn't exist prior to Obama you dolt. I am saying Obama is trying to blame Congress for THIS loan. He is pointing his finger everywhere he can to try and avoid the fact that he pushed THIS loan through. It was a bad loan. It was highly risky given what was happening with silicon pricing. But Obama wanted a Solar company to tout to the public as a green energy champ.

But I know...you will continue pretending that Obama isn't trying to blame everyone else for his admin's blunder. Because you are a partisan hack and that is what you do.

No quoting the president is not the issue. Calling the President Oblamer is indeed a hack attack, which makes the entire thread a hack attack.
