People are pissed because of the FL law & the fact that Zimmerman was NOT arrested, Yurt. Yes, I have little doubt that the black youths from the OP will be punished. The reason people were pissed about FL is because Zimmerman was on tape, stalking the guy, shot him dead, and appeared to have GOTTEN AWAY WITH IT.

Zimmerman, the Hispanic guard, has a witness to his being attacked,.....an EYE WITNESS.....
the witness says the black was on top of Zimmerman, beating him and Zimmerman was on the tape yelling for help......

What he might have gotten away with is his life.......and the only pathetic fool is the one that ignores the facts of the issue as it unfolds.....
We'll see what else comes to light in the future but so far, the self defense explanation is holding up.....

and fuck the people and you, if you all can't accept what seems to be the truth as of today.

I don't know what went on, anymore then any of the other posters; but the Liberals want "justice", no matter what the truth is.

Revenge is what occurs, when it doesn't matter if someone is innocent; just so they pay for the perceived offense.

I wonder what will happen if the special prosecutor finds that it was self defense.

The reality is, if the man had followed the rules of the Neighborhood Watch program of which he was a member, and the advice of the 911 dude and the cops, both of these people would be alive.

At the least it can be seen as negligent homicide. If he had done what he was supposed to, the kid and he would be alive.

If the kid hadn't attacked him and broke his nose, he would be alive.....it was self defense......

Damocles, there is no way that's negligent homicide, which is hard to prove anyway. It that was the case, which i doubt, he would have to be let go, not following the orders of cops isn't a crime, if it were, STY might have some ground to stand on in his anti cop rants.


Edit: It's amazing how fast every forgot about the roasted whitey, guess two black kids torching a white kid isn't as interesting as a black kid getting gunned down by a mexican.

If he weren't a member of an organization that specifically tells you not to and trains you not to , you may have a point. However he was. And for long enough to have watched those amazingly boring training videos. In fact, being armed is against the rules.

For negligent homicide to be considered and brought as a criminal charge, they would have to show that his behavior ws criminally negligent.

What was the criminal negligence?
