No, I saw your previous post about your wife and how you took Rosen's comments as a personal offense towards her. Come on now. You wrote it, not me. Rosen wasn't talking about your wife. Your wife has nothing in common with Ann Romney. Rosen's words were not an attack on you, your wife, or anyone you know. They were an observation about Ann Romney that she worded very badly. You are the one who jumped right on those mommy wars in all your self-righteous glory.

Actually, my wife has some in common with Ann Romney. They both made the same career choice. Do you believe a lawyer married to somebody with less millions might have something in common with Michelle Obama?

And the "mommy" wars, your terms, are just another attempt to distract from the attempt to dismiss stay at home mothers. "Never held a job"... Utter nonsense. If we go by your terms here, nobody can care about starving kids in Africa unless they first starve because they just "can't understand"... We can't help homeless people because we "can't understand" unless we've suffered a bout of homelessness ourselves... Although Rush Limbaugh can understand addiction, you cannot ever help them or empathize with them because you have never been addicted.

It's a false premise to begin with, only made worse by the dismissive nature of the remarks based on the contribution of somebody who chooses a career path they believe to be "beneath" them...
 
What is remarkable, is just 8 years ago, the Democrats ran a man for president who was just as 'well-to-do' as Romney. I don't recall them making the argument that Theresa Heinz Kerry was 'out of touch' or that her opinions didn't matter. Runed wants to bash Romney because he could afford to go to Harvard, but Obama went to Harvard too, did he not have to pay for that? Yeah Rana, something does seem to be missing... dependence and victimization! If Romney had that going for him, he could be a star in the Democrat party!

Kerry's wife didn't claim she was in touch with commoners. I didn't bash Romney for going to Harvard, I said most people can't afford it.

Oh, Kerry's wife most certainly did interject her opinions on the campaign trail. No one told her to sit down and shut up because she was out of touch with commoners. Most people can't afford to go to ANY university, that's why we invented Student Loans, isn't it? Obama went to Harvard, how did he afford it? Any difference in Obama paying for his education and Romney? I don't think it really matters much, does it? It has absolutely nothing to do with who makes the best president, or who's ideology is better or worse. What it is, is another liberal distraction, and continuation of the Class War narrative.
