All of you guys who were upset at Preisdnet Obama for not releasing records from his birth in the 1960's.... Those of you who said, something must be up because he has made such a big deal about keeping it hidden.... Remember all that about wanting him to release his college transcripts and admissions paperwork and stuff?


I am sure you are very upset about Romney refusing to release his tax returns going back to say, maybe, the 1960's? Right? We should start a big stink about that, right? I mean it would be a federal crime if Romney did not file returns in years he had an income, we have a right to know if he did dont we? We demanded Proof President Obama was born, right? Even though witnesses came forth to say they visited his mother in the hospital in Hawaii, we still needed the official record, right?

Lets not be hypocrates here!

His opponents in the Primary already raised this stink. That you aren't paying attention to what is happening doesn't change that the stink has already been raised.

Here you can see where the left is asking for the information.

I know that they raised the issue, and that Willard released 2010 and 2011, but not 12 years like the president, just a few going back to when he last ran for president. Where is Trump on this issue? Damocles are you not the one who said he thought The President had something to hide because he had not released a document going back to the 1960's????
 
He released 2010 and 2011, I am talking about 12 years of tax returns, like the Presidnet has released!

You want Romney to release his tax records back to the 60's? LMAO... show us which President has ever released his tax records for the previous 50 years.

Side note moron... Romney was in France in the late 60's doing missionary work for LDS.

Do you understand the difference between a birth certificate and 50 years worth of tax documents? Who the fuck keeps their tax documents for 50 years Jarod?

You do realize that he released tax documents in the previous campaign too?

I think his biggest issue will be the 2008 and 2009 returns where it is likely he made money when others were hurting. However, so did Obama. Quite a bit, in fact. I don't know how much that will hurt him due to that.

2. When you are an American living in France, you still have to file a tax return.

The IRS, and its simple to get them released.

I often do it for my clients or force those I am sueing to release them.

1. The only time I stated Obama should release his birth certificate was to shut the birthers up.
2. You understand the concept of a mission Jarod?
3. Show me where someone demanded Obama release his tax records from the 60's Jarod. I really want to see who called for tax returns for a time when Obama was 9.

1. We've already had this argument. Shoot his own opponent gave his to the Senate because many of his D opponents called for it, as well as a previous President going through much the same questions we brought up. (See: Chester A. Arthur).
2. Not if you didn't make money. It isn't likely he had any income in those years he was doing Missionary work for the LDS church.
3. Actually, only one. The same one demanded from his opponent in that same election which was given to the Senate and posted online. Other documents are stuff we see from others running for the same office. College grades, etc.

1) You are correct, I should have said modern day president. BTW Willards father released 12 years of tax records as a canidate and made a big stink about it being the right thing to do.
2) Actually the Law requires you to file a 0 return if you are over 18 and made no money, but if it is the case that he made no money, he would just have to explain that.
3) Okay, one, that does not change my point.

Im willing to start with the last 12 years for both, then we can go from there. President Obama has already released 12 years. My point is that those screaming about the birth certificate should really be upset about these missing tax records.....!

1. Thank you for noticing I was correct. And due to the fact that there were only 44 Presidents, that two were "bothered" by this particular question is significant. Considering his opponent in the exact same election for the exact same office faced some of the same questions is also significant.
2. Yeah, but not right away, and the law certainly doesn't require you to keep 50 years worth of tax return documents, that's just silly.
3. It does change the significance of your point. Again especially since his opponent for the same office in the same election faced the same significant question and produced a much older document.

Now, are you going to call for Obama to release every tax document he ever filed since the dawn of time, or admit that you are beating on a bush that isn't on fire here?

Republicans called for the release of his documents, the original point of this thread is entirely based on knee-jerk reaction and misinformation.

Not since it was clear he gets the nomination! They will shut up now, they only care when its about politics, they will be on Willards side now.

I love the hypocracy! Where is TRUMP on this issue, I would have thought the avenger of missing documents and full disclosure would have been all over this!

3. I disagree, it does not change my point.... If you are for full disclosure, you are for full disclosure. Hell lets just start with tax returns going back to 2000.

I find it interesting that Perry's college records can be "found" by the media, but the ones for this guy can't.

You just make up whatever you want, eh? The fact is your original assertion was simply incorrect. Republicans have called for, and have been calling for, the release of the records.
