1 gallon of gas

BS. What's the cost-benefit ratio of me spending thousands on a new car v. running the old one into the ground? I guess you want to see all old cars heaped up at the junkyard just to make rich car manufacturers richer.

More deflection.

If you didn't complain when gas was over 5 bucks a gallon in Shittsburgh in 2022, your hypocrisy is plain to see.

If you were silent when hacktivists were spouting "Just Stop Oil", blocking highways, gluing themselves to streets, and deface priceless art treasures and monuments while you drove a car that runs on gasoline and contains motor oil and transmission fluid, your hypocrisy is plain to see.

Oil Prices are going down....
Because Trump has shown a willingness to back down on his war of choice. Oil prices are predicated on speculators who are ferreting out the future price of oil. If Trump ends the war and goes home, the Strait will reopen, slowly. Prices will slowly and skeptically drop. One fat old man mentally and physically damaged, is holding the world hostage to his whims.

Who said I didn't complain, you? And I hope you're pointing the finger at all those magas in their gas-guzzling pickup trucks with huge tires and confederate flags flying.

Who said I didn't complain, you?

"If you didn't complain".

Have they been blocking highways, gluing themselves to streets, and defacing priceless art treasures and monuments while they drove a truck that runs on gasoline and contains motor oil and transmission fluid?

Have they been blocking highways, gluing themselves to streets, and defacing priceless art treasures and monuments while they drove a truck that runs on gasoline and contains motor oil and transmission fluid?
Blocking highways, yes. Driving trucks that run on gas and contain motor oil and transmission fluid, yes. Harassing liberal drivers, yes. Defacing priceless art treasures, yes.

Is that it? :rofl2:

Post the evidence.

Meanwhile, did you complain about the price of gas in 2022?

Do you depend on internal combustion for your perosna;l transporation needs?

The MAGATs think that this is "strength" and is "making America safer." They are, of course, idiots.

The reason it got high under Biden was it was after the COVID vaccine, the economy heated up with people feeling confident they could travel, again and life was returning to normal. The price will increase as the world’s reserve are used up and their is an oil and gas shortage. They are predicting prices will be high to 2027.
Economic depression is not "normal", Phanty.

What war, Sybil?
Oil prices are predicated on speculators who are ferreting out the future price of oil.
So?

Won't happen, Sybil.

So you can't back up your BS claim. I already asked AI and it didn't blame COVID for high gasoline prices during Biden administration.
You didn't show what your AI said but mine didn't even mention Biden in the answer.

Gas prices increased during COVID-19 due to a combination of rising demand as economies reopened, supply chain disruptions, and geopolitical events, such as the Russian invasion of Ukraine, which affected global oil supply. Additionally, the production of oil and gas did not keep pace with the recovering demand, leading to higher prices.

Causes of High Gas Prices During COVID-19

Rising Demand

  • As economies began to reopen after lockdowns, there was a significant increase in demand for oil and gas.
  • Consumers resumed travel and activities, leading to higher fuel consumption.

Supply Chain Disruptions

  • The COVID-19 pandemic caused widespread disruptions in supply chains, affecting the production and distribution of oil.
  • These disruptions contributed to a mismatch between supply and the recovering demand.

Geopolitical Events

  • The Russian invasion of Ukraine had a major impact on global oil supply, further driving up prices.
  • Geopolitical tensions often lead to volatility in oil markets, influencing gas prices worldwide.

Production Challenges

  • Oil and gas production did not keep pace with the surge in demand as economies reopened.
  • This imbalance between supply and demand resulted in higher prices at the pump.
Overall, the combination of increased demand, supply chain issues, geopolitical factors, and production challenges led to the rise in gas prices during the COVID-19 pandemic.

That's not my fault. Maybe your AI is biased.

Who was (supposedly) POTUS in 2022?

Who (reportedly) released oil from the SPR in an attempt to lower prices in 2022?
