The person of interest who is in custody in connection with a deadly shooting at a Detroit barbershop this week has been charged with assaulting a federal officer during his arrest.

According to a criminal complaint, federal agents were tracking Larry O'Neil Walker II Wednesday night in Rochester Hills based on information that he could be connected to the shooting at Al's Barber Shop on Detroit's east side -- which lead to the deaths of three people and left six others wounded. ​

All you've shown is that one person of interest is black, not everyone in the shop.

A man taken into custody after the Wednesday shooting of nine people in a Detroit barbershop has not been charged in that incident, but is accused in federal court of assaulting an officer in a bizarre set of events during his arrest.

The investigation into the barbershop shooting that left three people dead and six injured Wednesday night led local police and federal agents to set up surveillance at a home in Rochester Hills, according to court records.

Officers of the Detroit Violent Crime Task Force followed two women in white vehicles:whoa: seen leaving the home, then driving to several gas stations and closed restaurants while talking on cellphones without ever leaving their cars, the FBI reported in its criminal complaint against the suspect.

Around 12:20 a.m. Thursday morning, an officer in an Outback Steakhouse parking lot on Rochester Road encountered a blue minivan that tried to ram the driver side of his vehicle, according to the court document.

The officer evaded the minivan, which tried several more times to ram the unmarked police vehicle while traveling at high speeds on Rochester Road before backup arrived, police lights were activated, the suspect was surrounded and the vehicles came to a stop, according to the FBI.

"I don't (expletive) care if you are the police, no one chases my mamma," the suspect told officers, according to the complaint against him.

He was arrested and found to be wearing body armor.

lol..i hate these puzzles.
 
I've mentioned being from Baltimore. DC and Balto. were both the murder capitols of the country when i lived there.

Used to hear about these killing over NOTHINGg quite regurally; it's a sign of a dysfunctional society/city.

Not an expert re: Detroit, or Chicago but something is wrong when bullets fly like the wild west.
