A Pablo Picasso lithograph has been stolen from a California mansion owned by a now-imprisoned former Ukranian prime minister after more than 100 teenagers threw a party there.

Pavlo Lazarenko's nine-bedroom property has become a headache for local officials trying to collect $2.1 million in back taxes and fines while fending off vandals, according to the Marin Independent Journal.

The 19,500-square-foot home in Marin County has been vandalized by partying teenagers who made off with the Picasso lithograph worth an estimated $30,000 on May 27.

Marin County is very white, very rich and very liberal. There probably aren't 100 Republicans in all of Marin County. It's like Newport Beach but politically the opposite. I'm not really sure what your OP was discussing but saying Republicans and Marin County is like saying Ohio and Michigan like each other.
