"Talking point" is just a dodge because you can't point to anything of substance that they made up, faked or fabricated. In addition, you keep prattling about this being a crime and not an accident; if you can prove that he knowingly and deliberately aimed the car at the people who were hurt and killed, then yes, you would have a crime. Otherwise, it was indeed an accident.

In addition, and only because you are stuck on stupid; he didn't "escape jail", the jurist felt that ten years probation and sending him to rehab was a much stronger penalty and would possibly save lives when this dysfunctional being was released rather than mere incarceration in a juvenile detention facility because he was a juvenile and only 16.
