1. Funny how the guy was caught after the all clear was given....within a half hour, IIRC.

2.did you read the part of "according to information he had"?

3. As far as I know, only the older brother left the country and could have received "advanced training".

Quit trying to make something out of nothing. You are no better than some who were SURE that it was some radical right wing American group that did the bombing.

It was just plain luck that the boat owner was not shot when he lifted that tarp up, probably because the bomber was semi-conscious. When the Police came and ordered him out from inside the boast, he opened fire on them

Once again, you need to educate yourself; before making statements that show you don't know what you speak of.

David Henneberry had stepped outside with his wife for some fresh air at around 5:45 p.m. yesterday afternoon when he noticed that a tarp had lifted off his boat and a strap had been cut. He climbed in for a closer look, which is when he saw a pool of blood and what he thought was a crumpled body.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, was discovered by a homeowner lying in a boat in the man's backyard around 7 p.m. The man noticed blood on the boat, spotted a body inside the boat and called 911, according to Boston Police Commissioner Ed Davis.

According to police, a helicopter with infrared technology then located Tsarnaev in the boat and noted that he was moving about within it. The helicopter directed officers on the ground to the boat, where they briefly exchanged gunfire shortly before 7 p.m.
