Mostly it's a matter of training. Getting there is mostly a matter of will. Good pilots and great pilots can be separated by some natural traits, but mostly it's training.

When people think that they need good genes to succeed and they don't, they usually blame the genes, not their will-to-do. They are lame, lazy and, more often than not, looney....so maybe it is genes. LOL
