It's not that they fear equality, but rather they fear that someone will get an advantage simply by merit of birth situation.

You know, like Legacy Students at Ivy Leagues, children of Managers getting Management jobs at the same company as dad, inheriting dad's millions, etc.

That's all very bad when people of a duskier hue get the advantages.

So it looks like you're saying that all the companies and or schools listed in the OP that are ditching
their DEI policies are RACIST. The reason(s) these companies are ditching their toxic DEI policies have
nothing to do with race. It has to do with their customer bases dwindling along with their financial
gains. But another reason for them ditching their DEI could be because of its racist intent against whites.
As whites do make up the majority of people buying or using their products, since whites are still the
majority of our population.

and the best people of all races think racism is wrong, even against whites.
