If the government is taking that money, they don't have it to pay for the employees. See how THAT works?
No, I told you that "rich people" aren't stupid, and would not just sit there and let a socialist take their wealth.
I was correct.
Nope, the system is broken, the capitalism we have today, venture capitalism is the reason.
Really? The ability for a wealthy person to take some of their fortune and invest in someone's good idea, is the reason the system is broken? Can you explain this, or are you huffing carpet cleaner again today?

Michelle Bachmann.
She's so stupid she doesn't know her husband's a mo!
Rich people aren't stupid? Is that a collective statement?
I could name thousands of really, really dumb rich people. Especially those who vote Republican since they make more money under Democratic presidents.
And how about Rush? Dumb as dirt, but admittedly not as dumb as his dittoheads.
Sarah Palin? Went to what, four colleges over five years and finally got a degree?
George Bush? Who's daddy paid his way to everything?
Anyone wanna join me?
Beck
Hannity
Schlafly
Quayle
Boortz
Government doesn't take it all, they don't pay employees because they are keeping the money to themselves. Aren't you one of those? Keeping your money in Germany? Don't want to pay taxes or invest in the USA, unfortunately, many of the rich are like yourself.
"Duh......Rich peeps haz like 12 or 32 gazillion dollars or sumthin, hidden away like da skwirls!"
Fucking AMAZING!
Here's some anti-capitalist moron claiming he has "compiled information" from the confidential records of banks, financial establishments, etc. And he has deduced that somewhere between $21-32 trillion is held by "the super rich" in offshore accounts.... Well I guess they MUST be super rich, if there is an $11 trillion margin of error! Does it happen to occur to you, as a thought in your little simple mind, that such a wide-ranging estimate indicates the data is not all that accurate? In fact, it appears to be nothing more than an under-educated GUESS. Now this is not the fault of the anti-capitalist, he did TRY to compile data honestly, but the darn laws against disclosing people's actual finances to complete strangers... dammit! But even though he couldn't obtain the ACTUAL info... we can certainly trust his estimate, because beyond his being an anti-capitalist, he is totally honest and incapable of telling a lie! He did a study!1!!
Look Don, we're (mostly) grown-ups here, we know there is a tremendous amount of wealth tucked away in overseas banks and investments. This is primarily from people who are not keen on the idea of paying half their money to the US tax man, if they bring the money home. Now, as long as we have anti-capitalists running government, vowing to sock it to the rich, because the rich don't deserve their wealth... well, these people are going to continue to leave their money right where it is. So there are two options here... 1) Elect a government that is PRO-capitalist. 2) Get rid of the 4th amendment and seize their property! Being that you are an anti-capitalist who doesn't really give a shit about the constitution, I can guess which option you prefer.
The more they take, the fewer people who can be paid. You can't make them pay for it out of their money, it's their option to hire people, and if it comes down to their money versus how many they hire, they will hire less. You can't tell them they can't, or they won't hire at all.
I do have a considerable fortune in a German account, as well as some other international holdings I don't need to disclose here. But I can tell you, the reason I don't "bring my money home" is because of the US tax code. I've already paid "income tax" on the money, why should it be taxed again when I bring it here? I don't mind paying income tax, but double income tax is excessive. People who have foreign wealth, have many motives, but not loving America isn't one...else we'd just go where our money is, right?

Ah, people like this are such useful idiots.![]()
The rube doesn't just defend the Tax Cheaters Club; he's also a member.
Well, I beg to disagree, I don't feel it is very patriotic, sorry, especially a man who wishes to be our President. If you believe in the USA you invest in her, no matter the tax rate.

He's lying. Germans pay a higher tax rate.
See above. If Dicksee wanted to avoid taxes he would do the same as Romney. But that's hard to do on $400 a month.
So, he's lying? He wants us to think he's a rich tax cheat? Pathetic.
