I honestly haven't seen a recent picture, but I'm sure that he looks 290.
Elderly men are lighter than we look, however, for the unfortunate reasons given.
He's tall, so 260 certainly seems pretty possible.
He just has a three hundred pounder's worth of fat around him.
He exaggerates his height as 6'3", but photos of him standing next to Obama indicate they are the same height. Obama is 6'1".
