2nd allegation against Al Franken

As with my comments about Moore potentially not being seated, would it be appropriate for the Senate to expel or sanction Franken for actions that appear to have been committed prior to his being a sitting member?
 
Franken is a pro abortion reliable lefty. He can do whatever he wants to women. They are his canvas for his humor. Everyone just leave him alone

I always figured Frankenstein was a creep, just based on his personality. All this shit confirms my suspicion.
 
I'll tell you exactly what's going to happen. He's already admitted to what the photo shows, and he's volunteered to testify before an ethics committee. He's denied the tongue thing. This will stretch it out a year, maybe two, and keep the heat on Moore until the mid term election. Then the committee thing will magically disappear. Even if it does take place, Franken's attorneys will drag the former playboy model through the mud, and Franken will at most get a censure.

Brush up on your comprehension skills. The photo shows his hands close to her breasts. She does claim she was groped when asleep. How would she know she was groped? She said she was asleep. Were there “grope marks”?

The fact is, it matters little to the victim if she was touched through a flak jacket. What matters is that Frankenstein attempted to rob her of dignity. And the hard evidence clearly shows that.

Yeah, it would be allowable. Let the senate work it out what they consider the line to be. If Franklin has to go, let him resign. I don't think he should.

The CLAIM, motherfucker, is that she was groped when she was asleep. How would she know that? Perhaps an out-of-body experience?
