I am quite sure that race played a strong factor in about three votes. The 4th is a bit hard to determine. As we get closer to the election, his motives may materialize.

Perhaps you can explain how someone can lose when such a law that addresses something that hasn't occurred in over 30 years is passed.

A law that will address a situation that hasn't occurred in the U.S. in over 30 years is meaningless. That's the bottom line.

BTW, the last 3 times a lynching occurred, they were in New York City.
