There is no other authority other than the Senate that can judge an impeachment case.
You obviously haven't watched any video of Trump's speeches nor any video Trump presented of Democrats using the wording they are accusing Trump of using, but to support and encourage Antifa and BLM riots.
No court has jurisdiction. The case is done. The DEMOCRATS have wasted yet more time on their hatred for Trump.
Of these charges? Yes. He is innocent. The Senate said so. You don't get to override the Senate.

We are surrounded in idiots who have never bothered to learn who Trump is, people who have been constantly lied to about who Trump is and turned up too stupid to figure out that they were being conned.
That's because they expect the world to cater to them. We won't, and never will.

The ones who are lied to constantly about Trump, for instance the claims that he is stupid and the claims that he is a light worker, things that are obviously false.
Pure hatred is not being conned. They went after him relentlessly since the 2016 election, and even after he lost in 2020. Those assholes will be crying into their graves...
Did you see the hit pieces Sep/Oct before the election where the entire things were claims that Trump is a bad father? In 2015/2016 there was an agreement to not go there because it is an obvious lie, and it would be cruel.
They got over those objections.
