A high-ranking Panamanian official who cited actual harms by the horde of illegals trampling through his country. It's perfectly believable. After all, even in the US illegal dump tons of garbage and other refuse in crossing into the US, not to mention trampling underfoot the terrain. For example, the most endangered national park in the US is the Organ Pipe National Monument on the Arizona-Mexico border that has been trashed solely by illegal immigration.
