People who aren't upset, verklempty, and melting down typically do not feel the need to announce it. Ditto for people who actually had a real career, people who donate to charity, people who are happy, people who are true Christians, people who do volunteer work, etc. When you feel compelled to announce such things, odds are quite high that you are lying. In your case, it's a certainty that you are lying.
