A constitutional right to privacy?

A parallel question to that is "Where does it state in the constitution that there should (or is) a seperation of Church and State?

The First Amendment prohibits establishing an official religion (until the 1830s, states still had official churches of their own in a few cases), and through the 14th Amendment the matter is settled completely.

But as far as promoting religion goes, such as Jefferson allowing services in federal buildings, or Congress giving funds to faith based organizations, no such prohibition exists, except in the minds of liberals.
