I'm sorry about your alcoholism, but it's probably tied to your general mental illness. See if Medicare can cover intervention, mental health care, and a brain insertion at the same time.

I’ve been there a lot, I’ve never seen it, even when I ventured off the beaten path buying dogs, even when I went to watch a black hockey team play. I’ve always professed that African-Americans owe Canada a debt of gratitude because it was the destination for the Underground Railroad. Canada was the last stop for Harriet Tubman and that history is absolutely fascinating.
