A lot of the looters probably have low MAO-A genes, the looters, but Republicans come off as even more sociopathic, they care more about guns, and money, than about people. They killed 100's of thousands if not millions in Iraq & Afghanistan, now they've killed about 100,000 in the USA & just brush it off.
