Uhhhh ... anything any part of what the govt is doing right now is attributed to the Trump admin ... including what the CDC is doing.

I was using the current neoprog rules for pandemics ... everything that happens is the Presidents fault ... but now those rules don't apply to President Obama ... that it?

BTW, did Obama know it would take more than just a few months for a vaccine when his admin promised 160M doses? Was he aware that couldn't be done?
