All good points. I'd add that Trump projects a lot. He's always been fond of Mob bosses and ran TrumpCo like a Mafia family. The only gangster he frequently mentions is Al "Alphonse" Capone, who was a mass murderer and thief but went to prison for tax evasion, eventually dying of syphilis. I think Capone is on Trump's mind so much because Trump, too, is guilty of tax evasion and, possibly, also has severe STDs.
The tax evasion would stem from the profits he made from his BFF's sex slave racket, if nothing more than money laundering the ill-gotten gains through his multiple "failed" businesses. Note that it was a common Mafia technique to push their way into a business, gut it, then burn it down for the insurance money. In Trump's case, multiple bankruptcies where he always walked away with a profit.
