So your argument about Clinton does not hold up to the light of day based upon the facts. Your argument is an ideolgocical argument and makes the false assumption that if ones motives are not ideologicaly based, that one does not have deep seated convictions. That's a plain laughable notion.

as I recall, all of the conservative reforms "implemented" by Clinton occurred AFTER the Republicans took control of the House rather than before.....thus it appears his shift to the right might have been external rather than internal.....

Please. The left was fawning all over Obama throughout the election campaign. To pretend otherwise is simply ridiculous. THAT is why he was dubbed "the Saint" "The Messiah" and "The One". You are severely lacking in long term memory if you can't recall the lefts adulation with Obama during the election cycle.

The difference between Bush and Obama is that BUSH thought that of himself. While there were certainly some on the RR that probably believed him, to pretend the right was acting as though Bush was the be all end all is nonsense. Again you demonstrate the factor that is annoying the crap out of independents and moderates. Everytime someone criticizes or mocks Obama someone from the left shouts RACISM!!!

You are delusional if you believe it has anything to due with his race. Are there racists out there... yes. But this has to do with how the left treated Obama. It has nothing to due with what Obama himself has done and it most certainly is not about his race.

Surprisingly, Republican Senator Lindsey Graham of all people, seems to be getting this message.

He also had a word for FOX News Channel's Glenn Beck:

Graham "offered unusually blunt assessments of the fringe elements of his party and conservative media,'' the Huffington Post's Sam Stein notes.

"Only in America can you make that much money crying," Graham said today of Beck.

"Glenn Beck is not aligned with any party,'' he said. "He is aligned with cynicism and there has always been a market for cynics. But we became a great nation not because we are a nation of cynics. We became a great nation because we are a nation of believers."

I'd find this 'insulting' if I didn't believe that BAC's feelings that the Republicans should follow Palin, because she's the considered inverse of Obama, whom BAC holds in about the same regard as Palin.

This just goes to show how desperate the Liberals have become.
They see Obama failing and his popularity in jeopardy, so instead of trying to talk abouit how to get things back on track; they instead now appear to be trying to discount any disagreement with Obama.

They've been throwing out the race card, since the primaries, and are now just trying to use it again.

This is going to come back and bite them in the ass, big time; but as usual, they won't understand why.
