You can legally buy cell phone gps data. You just buy the data around wades home and Willis home and see which phones travel from wades home to Willis home. They can locate geo-locate phones within 16 feet. That is how they caught the J6 rioters. Haven't you ever been in front of a store and they suddenly start sending you advertisements for that store? Last week I was in a parked car in front of a Harbor Freight Store and using JPP and suddenly I had Harbor Freight advertisements on the banner above JPP. I have not seen a Harbor Freight ad since. The point is they know exactly where your phone is. They know Wade's phone went to Willlis' home then stayed there to late night/early morning and returned to his house. It was a booty call. That happened multiple times. Wade and Willis lied to the court they can't possibly stay on the case.

What you are claiming isn't what the lawyers claimed. They claimed they data was within 3000 feet of a cell tower. That would be an area over a square mile. Then they said they used 2 cell towers near Fani's condo. They claimed they were able to specifically identify Wade's phone but then they claimed they could only place it within 6000 feet of Fani's condo.

The Jan 6 rioters, the FBI got a warrant to get specific data for specific phones. If Trump's lawyers and investigator got specific data for a specific phone without a warrant then they likely violated federal laws.

Thanks for proving you have no evidence that it is Wade traveling to Hapeville. Perhaps Wade's neighbor's mother lives next door to Fani. Perhaps Wade's mailman has a sister that lives there.
At this point all you are doing is speculating which no court in the land will accept as evidence.

While that is unlikely, is is also possible.
There is no evidence that Wade was at Fani's and they were having sex.

Wade testified he went to Fani's place before they were dating. They were friends. Do you have sex with every friend that comes to your house or in your current dementia do you just take off your clothes and they leave embarrassed for you?

You are telling us that Wade "accidentally" was within a mile of Fanny's condo in the middle of the night 35 times and the texts that showed when he left the condo, and the texts immediately when he "accidentally" arrived back at his home at 4:00 AM was just a coincidence?

If you are stupid enough to believe that perhaps you should suggest to Fanny and Nate that they share with the public all the 1200 texts between those two "co-workers".
