Abandoning Presumption of Innocence

How about the American Bar association taking advantage of a situation to promote more and more litigation for lawyers? Who'd have thunk it?

The investigation reveals that he's not guilty.

Another laughable lie from the shittiest lawyer on the planet. The accusation is a criminal charge you dishonest Dunce. There is indeed the presumption of innocence with the burden of proof on the accuser.
