The report only analyzed Protestant denominations. Protestantism is a minority sect of world Christianity.
I have not seen the data but my educated guess is that Muslim mosques, Buddhist and Hindu temples are growing in USA. I suspect Jewish synagogues are holding steady.

The Catholic church is down 3,000 parishes since 1990 the face that you recommend are all incredible ly small minorities
I did not mention Catholics because I know they are trending down in North America and Europe. On the flip side, Christianity is supposedly growing in East Asia.
I specifically mentioned the strength of emerging religions in North America: Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism.
