Accusers Referred for Prosecution for Lying

The Senate Judiciary Committee made a criminal referral Saturday for the Rhode Island man who claimed Judge Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted his friend on a boat in 1985, asking that he be prosecuted for lying to Congress.

In a letter, Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) asks Attorney General Jeff Sessions and FBI Director Christopher Wray that the accuser, whose name was redacted, be investigated for “potential violations of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1001 and 1505, for materially false statements [he] made to the Committee as part of its investigation of allegations against Judge Kavanaugh.”

Here's the thing.

While I am thankful that this man has been referred for prosecution, I think the other big players in this Democrat sham should be referred as well.

This will end up being another glaring example of our two tiered justice system.

Here we will see this low level player in this Democrat fabricated sham prosecuted, while all the upper level players whose lies and deceptions were much more egregious, not face the first repercussion.

I am sure if I posted an audio file that read the actual Grassley letter to them they would still not have the intellect to understand it.

My threads are for the more intellectual types on the forum.

Unfortunately they seem to attract the single digit IQ folks.

Word of warning...some of the progs on this site aren't as dumb as you think they are. Most of them are but some aren't. For some people this isn't really about politics, it's just an Internet bloodsport.

Kavanaugh has not lie and is not under investigation for lying despite what the voices in the Alt Left Universe are telling you.

And, lying to Congress in America is too a problem as evidenced by Grassley's letter for this latest accuser to be prosecuted for lying.
