Logic tells me that they were either uninformed of the very real danger of jail time (some are actually facing that) or there was strong incentive for them to attempt this.Here is the reason people do this Damo: They are people who dont understand that these phoney regs will be looked at by ACORN. They think that it wont be traced back to them.

That it is so widespread tells me that it was incentives. I believe that there is more to come for ACORN, and that only partisan blindness keeps you defending this.
