Acosta now stalking Trump as manbaby's hissy fit backfires

Are we supposed to care whether that preening peacock gets his press pass back or not lol?

Probably not since the likes of you don't give a sit what the Constitution stands for. Afterall, anyone that exposes the lies of your gawd has to be a "preening peacock".

he's still screwed without a First Amendment right.........one quick due process hearing and its goodby........

Not what the Court said. In fact, the Court said that Acosta will more then likely win.

Acosta has his wrist slapped for going full-high-school-girl in a press conference while Assange spends 6 years in a tiny embassy flat for exposing corruption.

He’s a peacock and a little wuss by comparison.

In a story about his confinement in the British embassy in Ecuador this comment was made:

" “He has been held in inhuman conditions for more than six years,” Garzón said, describing the conditions regarding the cat as “denigrating”."

Tell that to a prisoner in jail, and in solitary confinement.

BTW, he fled there from sexual abuse charges. Let him stand trial.

BTW 2, when are girlie men like you going to get the balls to stand up to Trump, and his cronies?

Your hero, Mullet is on it lol.

Good luck.

the court said he would prevail on the Fifth Amendment issue.......that means due process must be met........the judge also said he agreed with Trump that Acosta had no First Amendment right to a press pass.........simply put, for you simpletons, once they meet procedural requirements, his press pass is toast......

by the way, did Trump actually lose any of the cases on your list?......I recall lots of court decisions in his favor.......

Trump is a thug and he lost on the law. He will continue to lose and be a thug. He’s a fucking moron. He has no
option. I pray he bans all the press and assured his impeachment and gets blown away should he survive until the next election. What a fucking clown loser. Lmfao at stupid republicans who voted for this petulant imbecile

Who cares? They can just refuse to engage him. Acosta is worthless.

You have to wonder why Trump risked going to court while just not using the obvious solution of not calling on him. Seems pretty clear, he wanted the court to give him more power over the press. He took shot at getting more dictatorial powers. Seemed to have failed, for now.

who do you think won the optics of that match up? Trump . Acosta looked mic. greedy and pushy.

Nobody takes claims seriously like "more dictatorial powers over the press" except LW whack jobs

Ockham's Razor.
Trump is an officious pipsqueak.

Trump wanted to spite Acosta, and CNN, and enunciated Trump's contempt for both at the time, on camera.

And just as I predicted, Trump's foolish action has simply made Trump look both petty, and impotent. FOR NOW Trump has lost to a man Trump insulted on camera. President Trump is not presidential.

You must have been watching a different press conference. Acosta was trying to get a straight answer out of that fat, fucking liar and pressed him until the bully resorted to his typical juvenile tactics.

Tell us, who said the media was the enemy of the people? Who threatened to pull NBC’s FCC license?

Oh wouldn't it be great if
a different new Journalist guy
also named Jim Acosta were to
show up [who is say, Mormon] and
fills in for a missing Jim Acosta,
...so America suddenly sees
Trump calling on this new Acosta, and
...Poof...
overnight, everyone is stifled;
no one knows what to say
... maybe at first all sorts of stories circulate about it but, alas,
no one remembers who Acosta the first was.

Imagine the law suits
followed by the
TV Reality show spin-off!

Imagine the gossip... Which did you like? The old or newer Jim Acosta?

Acosta won.. and he is an establish professional not an old man having yet another tantrum

Reports reaching the tower indicate this is a temporary status, and that a final ruling is pending.
But the reasoning of the judge seems sound.
The white house vetted Acosta, and he was deemed eligible for the credential.
Trump revoking it capriciously appears petty and temperamental. Trump would have saved himself a lot of grief if he'd replied to the follow-up.

Acosta IS mic greedy and pushy lol.

It’s not fair to reporters from other outlets to have one prima dona dominate the microphone time. Acosta deserved the smack down.

Other than that, this is one of the bigger non-stories of 2018.

So you are saying a Trump appointed Judge did as he saw the law dictates, I know it's knew for you but that is what judges do! Every story i saw lied because it said reporter which he isn't!
Acosta interfered with white house business when he put his hands on the intern.

Acosta never touched the intern.
