The NRA, THE trade group or organization that essentially has a monopoly on staunchly opposing any legislation to stop gun crime and supports the commercial industry of gun sales is not at all responsible? When I bought my Mossberg 500, there was an NRA membership application inside the case.

By seeing to it that anyone who wants one can very easily get a gun, obviously. Are you weirdoes entirely thick? In normal countries without criminal organisations of that sort, murderers can not easily get guns and can kill far fewer people. I really worry about America: there are lots of decent people, but so many murderous nutters without any education that you can see why it is the world centre of capitalism. Jesus wept!

NRA doesn't cause gun violence, and doesn't manufacture any gun.
The Ruger 77/22 with the stainless 24" barrel is probably the most accurate and finest .22 bolt action on the market. I imagine it is also quite expensive.
To say there is a gun problem would mean the gun, itself, can grow arms/legs, walk to where it fires, and pull its own trigger.
