I hear all the time how conservative apologists rail against activist judges...making laws....

Ok so what say you now? This is clearly judicial activism.... Do you condemn it or do you let it slide?

Come on conservatives...Lets see how hypocritical you really are!

any law that mandates a free person has to purchase some good or service is clearly unconstitutional, however, since you've failed to provide a link to the ruling or even summarized what the judge said is unconstitutional, i'll just assume you're throwing a tantrum.

find something wrong with the ruling...so far i see nothing, but i haven't thoroughly reviewed it

regardless of what you or i think, the final ruling will be by scotus

there is already case law regarding the compulsion of buying insurance or posting a bond - just not health insurance so far

please note that it is piggybacked on the federal tax form so it is semi-attached to the income tax and may be regarded as another tax

how is it considered constitutional to tax people for NOT participating in inter or intra state commerce?

Dont know how it will be judged but its not the only good/service that has tax implications associated with it. I pay less tax by buying a new sliding glass door this year. I would pay less tax buy purchasing health insurance in this plan.
