It's so common a tactic by these idiots that my acronym for this behavior is RQAA (repetitive question already answered).
A similar acronym I also use, RAAA (repetitive argument already answered). It's the mindless chanting of Democrats.
These prisons he refers to is staging for deportation. If not already adjucated (most of these cases are already ajudicated), this would be where they get their hearing.
